You can choose one topic:
- Mole Poblano. Traditional dish served with rice and beans.
- Pipianes. Red or Green served with rice and beans.
- Sauces. It includes 4 sauces: Typical red and green sauce, macha, mexican and sacristia sauce.
- Dessert (rice pudding, custard or cremita).
- Chiles en Nogada (by season).
- * Huaxmole (by season).
- * Or dishes that have specifically on the menu (huauzontles, Ceviche, Esquites, etc. When this subject, may draw up to 3 recipes at most to cover the cost of the workshop, but with the first recipes have done and only show the dish finally).
It includes
- Recipe sent by email, so they developed.
- 1 complimentary drink to accompany your food for tasting what they themselves developed, either: cocktails, wine, beer or mezcal.
- Workshop Duration: 2-3 hours.
- If the client want to visit the typical market in downtown, have to arrived 1 hour before the cooking class also.
